Biography

Born and raised in Albuq., NM, Ken graduated from UNM with a BA in Political Science and minor in Russian Studies. He moved to Grand Lake CO in 1980 and after 20 years moved back to Albuq's north valley where he grew up. Ken remembers being interested in drawing at an early age and spent hours sketching just about anything. He calls himself "subjective realist". Though many of his paintings seem to be drawn from reality, it is how the painting is put together that is important. Each piece is done with the hope that it will evoke an emotional or psychological memory in the viewer. That is how art touches us.

Wife, Julie Fuller, jrf is jeweler and artist.
