Terms of Service

I. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting this agreement, you agree to the Terms of Service for the ArtStudiosOnline.com/NMArtists.com website(s), as well as any other websites provided to you by Lucht Studios, LLC a New Mexico limited liability company ("Lucht Studios"). The Terms of Service may be updated from time to time without notice to you. The most current version of the Terms of Service can always be found at wwww.ArtStudiosOnline.com/Member/MemberTerms.aspx

II. Your Obligations
1. You agree that the information you provide to Lucht Studios is true, complete and current.
2. You agree that you hold copyright to any work you post on the Galleries or any other website provided for you by Lucht Studios.
3. You agree to let Lucht Studios use your name, images, and other content on the agreed upon websites as well as for advertising/promotional purposes.
4. You agree that you are responsible for what you post. Lucht Studios will not be liable for any dispute or lawsuit arising from your content.
5. You agree not to post any content that is illegal or otherwise objectionable.
6. You agree not to change or attempt to change content owned by Lucht Studios or any other artists on the site(s).
7. You agree not to upload any virus or other code designed to disrupt the site(s), their servers or networks, or other users.
8. You agree not to engage in any unauthorized mailings to users, including but not limited to spam.

III. Limitation of Liability
1. Lucht Studios makes no warranties concerning the uptime of the site(s), accuracy of the site(s) or the availability of content, including email.
2. Lucht Studios is not responsible for any lost sales or other damages, including but not limited to advertising and legal fees.
3. All sales of work are between the individual artist and the buyer. Lucht Studios is in no way responsible for disputes.

IV. Right of Removal / Termination
1. Lucht Studios reserves the right to screen content and remove content at any time for any reason.
2. Lucht Studios reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for any reason.
